This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently handle customer conversations, keeps operations organized, and knows how to get things done without needing constant direction.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating and scheduling hot tub deliveries and installations

Calling customers to confirm delivery details and ensure they are prepared for installation day

Using checklists to gather all required information before deliveries

Communicating daily with delivery crews and helping manage schedules efficiently

Managing and maintaining the company-wide stock list and inventory tracking

Registering warranties through manufacturer portals

Sending and managing electronic documents/signatures

Handling minor customer service or delivery issues professionally and confidently

Keeping delivery routes and schedules efficient to control labour hours and maximize productivity

Working with programs such as Google Suite, Jobber, Shopify, and electronic signature software
