What You'll Do
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to new customers
Recommend fiber and satellite internet service upgrades
Identifycustomer needs using a consultative sales approach
Build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service
Handle objections professionally and confidently ask for the sale
Meet quality,productivityand sales goals




Accurately document customer interactions

What We're Looking For
Must be able to speak, read, and understand both English and French fluently
Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred
Outbound callcenteror inside sales experience is an asset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable high-speed internet with Ethernet connection (Wi‑Fi not supported)
Mustresidein and be legally authorized to work in Canada
