We are seeking an athletic and energetic soccer coach to help coach our 9 to 12 year old kids group. You will work along side volunteer parents.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field is preferred.
Proven experience as an event coordinator.
A proven track record of organizing successful events.
Proficient in MS Office and event management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding organizational abilities.
A knack for problem-solving.
Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all event activities and operations.
Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment,
transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc.
Collaborate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
Manage event set-up, tear down, and follow-ups.
Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.
