Embark on a transformative journey with the Toronto FC BMO Women in Soccer Fellowship. This full-time opportunity is tailored for aspiring women leaders passionate about sports.
This 18-month fellowship, running from January 2027 to June 2028, aims to empower emerging female talent within a professional sports organization. Candidates should possess relevant educational background in sport business and demonstrate at least 6 months of experience. Internships and co-op placements are considered valuable as well. The fellowship includes diverse rotations across business and team operations, media relations, player personnel, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in business operations and partnership development
• Collaborate in player personnel management and scouting
• Support media relations and game presentation efforts
• Participate in TFC 2 & Academy operations
• Gain exposure to MLSE Foundation initiatives
Requirements:
• Self-identify as a woman in sport
• Completed post-secondary education in relevant fields
• 6 months to 1 year business experience
• Robust communication and eagerness to learn
• Flexible availability for game days and events
