As a Youth Soccer Coach at CSP, you will work with toddlers to young kids, fostering a love for organized sports. You must bring energy, enthusiasm, and robust communication skills. Engaging young children and creating memorable experiences is essential, ensuring a playful and fun atmosphere during coaching sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach soccer fundamentals to children aged 18 months to 6 years
• Engage kids in organized activities focused on fun and skill
• Provide feedback to parents on child progress
• Develop game-like situations and scrimmages for older kids
• Maintain high energy levels during interactive sessions

Requirements:
• Experience with children aged 2 – 6 years
• Passionate about engaging young children in sports
• Reliable and professional demeanor
• Ability to coach for 2+ hours physically
• Availability on evenings and weekends
