Key Responsibilities Welcome passengers on board and assist them with seating arrangements.

Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency procedures.

Provide exceptional in-flight customer service, including serving meals and beverages.

Address passenger needs, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism.

Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the flight.

Respond promptly and effectively to in-flight emergencies or medical situations.

Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked.

Collaborate with the flight deck crew to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality or tourism is an advantage.

Fluency in English (additional languages such as French is a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making under pressure.

Professional appearance and grooming standards in line with airline policies.

Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.





Experience Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline cabin crew is an added advantage.

Working Hours Flexible working hours based on flight schedules.

Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and overnight stays.
