Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers during flights.

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by adhering to aviation safety protocols.

Conduct pre-flight and post-flight safety checks.

Demonstrate safety procedures and assist passengers in emergency situations.

Serve meals, snacks, and beverages during flights.

Handle passenger inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and elderly travelers.

Maintain a clean, organized cabin environment throughout the journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid customer service orientation and a friendly personality.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Professional appearance and grooming standards.

Experience Prior experience in hospitality, customer service,



or aviation is preferred but not mandatory .

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and long-haul flights.

Rotational shifts based on flight schedules.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of aviation safety and emergency procedures (training provided).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills during critical situations.

Physically fit to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and prolonged standing.
