As a Recreation Team Member, you'll be integral in creating and leading activities that cater to each resident's unique interests and needs. Your role will include planning and implementing engaging programs that enhance wellness in a comfortable, person-centered care setting. You will also support staff and build community partnerships to elevate resident engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead recreation and leisure activities tailored to residents
• Build relationships to understand resident interests and needs
• Document assessments and participate in quality improvement processes




• Foster partnerships with families and community organizations
• Support and train team members on resident engagement techniques

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in recreation or therapeutic recreation
• Experience in planning meaningful activities across all wellness domains
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Point Click Care and Microsoft Office
• Passion for enhancing seniors' lives through recreation
