As a Process Operator, you’ll play a vital role in producing life-changing products with precision and care, helping improve health outcomes for millions.How You’ll Spend Your DayManufacture products by operating equipment according to the Master Batch Record (MBR)Complete GMP documentation (MBRs, labels, logbooks, validation records) with accuracy and integrityIndependently run at least two process types and perform all required in-process checks (IPCs)Conduct ERP data entry and verification checksPerform intermediate troubleshooting and optimize equipment settingsFully disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment and rooms per controlled proceduresNotify supervisors of any processing issues, safety incidents, or product quality concernsMaintain tools, equipment, and GMP areas in proper conditionRetrieve, move, and store materials as neededParticipate in the Train-the-Trainer program and coach other operatorsSupport OPEX initiatives (Kaizen, SMED, OEE,
