Position Summary
Reportin to the Produciton Team Leader, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality. You’ll contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of your work environment
Responsibilities
You contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions:

Apply and promote safety standards

Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers

Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments

Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams

Participate in the continuous improvement of processes

Requirements
We are looking for someone who can:

Manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively





Be comfortable with computerized technologies (touchscreens)

Provide practical, concrete solutions

Exhibit collaborative leadership

Bring relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Speak French or Spanish (an asset)

Starting wage of $22.01 /h, increasing up to $30.05 /h depending on experience
