Purpose:
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis partners with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, IT, and senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and business decision-making. This role provides clear financial insight, evaluates performance against plans and forecasts, identifies risks and opportunities, and recommends actions that support strategic planning, operational improvement, and profitable growth across OMS and Royal Drugs.

Job Responsibilities:
Support monthly, annual, and Board-level reporting, including financial statements, month-end packages, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and clear commentary on budget, forecast, and actual results, with emphasis on key issues, risks, performance drivers, and business impacts.
Partner with Finance, business units, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, IT, and leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, business cases, pricing analysis, store and customer profitability analysis, ad hoc analysis, and financial modeling for new and existing business, Logistics, Distribution, and OPEX activities.
Translate complex financial, operational, and commercial data into actionable insights that guide strategy, improve operational efficiency, increase profitability, optimize performance, and support effective decision-making across OMS and Royal Drugs.
Develop and continuously improve reporting systems, governance, processes, and business intelligence capabilities, including product, business unit, customer, supplier, and key performance metric reporting, while improving accessibility, quality, and use of business data.
Drive the finance analytics roadmap in collaboration with internal stakeholders, creating the right KPIs, promoting a data-driven culture, and identifying opportunities for Power BI, advanced analytics, predictive modeling, automation, and improved ways of working.
Conduct business and organizational research to support planning, build awareness and education around financial reporting, and deliver high-quality work independently with strong systems capability, attention to detail, collaboration, and deadline management.
Qualifications:
University / college degree: BS/BA in business, math, accounting, finance or science or equivalent in business experience.
5-10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or in similar analytical roles.
Ideally have an MBA/CPA or working towards completion of MBA/CPA
Skills:
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, data visualization, and project management software skills, with the ability to use technology to improve reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
Appetite for learning and implementing AI solutions
Strong financial planning, analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational information and communicate key insights clearly and concisely.
Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively to team members, business partners, and leadership.
Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to identify, communicate, and manage competing priorities or deliverable conflicts.
Flexible, proactive, and collaborative team player who can work independently and effectively in a dynamic workplace.
