Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to oversee and execute client accounts payable operations. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, and payments—all in alignment with company policies and accounting standards. Your work will support the financial integrity of the organization and help maintain strong, qualified vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilites Manage and lead AP and AR for an assigned group of clients
Run payroll for clients using cloud-based systems
Use cloud-based tools including Bill, RAMP, Plooto, Stripe, PayPal, and others
Process invoices, payments, receipts, payroll, and follow up on outstanding items
Reconcile transactions and ensure accuracy across platforms
Communicate clearly and proactively with clients on AP/AR and payroll matters
Work collaboratively with our internal accounting and client teams
Qualifications Previous Accounts Payable experience is required
Excellent with technology and cloud accounting
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Payroll is preferred
Willingness to learn new technology
Must reside in Canada and be legally eligible to work
