As a Food Services Manager at Schlegel Villages, you will inspire and oversee our food services team in a unionized setting. Your demonstrated experience in food purchasing and financial planning will be crucial. Familiarity with Ontario food regulations and active membership in the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management will set you apart.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and train a large food services team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Plan and support catering functions for residents




• Manage department schedules and payroll duties
• Conduct regular assessments of diet and nutritional needs

Requirements:
• Proven experience in large quantity food preparation
• Experience in a unionized food services environment
• Knowledge of Ontario Food Premises Regulation
• Active membership in Canadian Society of Nutrition Management
• Understanding of seniors' nutritional needs
