In this full-time role, you'll ensure our premier luxury building maintains its high standards. You will address resident service requests, conduct property inspections, and support safety systems. Your hands-on approach will help create a polished and welcoming atmosphere for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to resident service requests within 24 hours
• Maintain knowledge of building systems and conduct daily walkthroughs
• Coordinate contractor repairs under management supervision




• Ensure compliance with fire and life safety regulations
• Prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins

Requirements:
• Experience in multi-residential property maintenance
• Solid communication skills and a service-first attitude
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and equipment malfunctions
• Willingness to manage cleaning chemicals safely
