Reporting to the Housing Services Program Manager, you will apply your skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while performing routine repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate has two years of maintenance experience and is adept at troubleshooting various building issues while maintaining safety standards in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair building components including electrical and plumbing
• Perform preventative maintenance on systems and equipment
• Maintain inventory of parts and service vehicle
• Complete move-out repairs and coordinate with contractors
• Assist in janitorial and grounds keeping services
Requirements:
• 1 year College Trades Certification or equivalent experience
• 2 years in maintenance, preferably residential
• Intermediate knowledge of building systems
• WHMIS certification required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
