The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is seeking an Associate Director, Capital Investment Strategy to lead the capital investments function and shape investment decisions for Toronto Pearson. You will translate strategic priorities into investment recommendations with robust financial leadership.
You will develop business cases, build complex models (NPV, IRR, ROIC), forecast multi-year initiatives, and drive governance standards across a large portfolio.
