Global University Systems operates the University of Niagara Falls Canada (UNF), an onsite IT department seeking an IT Technician (Tier 1) to support faculty, staff, and students. The role covers hardware/software troubleshooting, endpoint deployment, and AV/ classroom tech support.
The ideal candidate will handle onboarding, asset management, and incident resolution through the IT service desk, ensuring secure, reliable, and responsive IT services campus-wide.
