Join our Hotel Operations team as a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor for LizardCreek Lodge & Slopeside Lodge. You are a pivotal part of ensuring ouroperations run smoothly. This is a full time, year round position.
In your position of Housekeeper/LaundrySupervisor , you will:
leadmorning crew talks with your team where you will assign daily tasks
guideandtrain your team to ensure and verify that rooms are being cleaned and set upcorrectly
beresponsible for training new housekeeping & laundry staff
runmorning housekeeping report when housekeeping manager is not working
superviseand provide feedback on team performance
report andcorrect any inconsistencies within your teams
coordinatewith front desk and maintenance when issues are found with rooms
provideroom attendant duties for Lizard Creek Lodge & SlopeSide Lodge
performdaily cleaning of guest rooms; including all linen changes, interior windows,bathrooms, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, dishes, and restocking
assistwith cleaning common areas of the hotels as required
informmanager of product and cleaning supply levels to insure we are adequatelystocked
ensure astandard laundry service for two resort hotels
sort,wash, dry, fold, load, and unload bedding & towels
reportmaintenance issues as found
know,understand, and adhere to the policies, rules,
and protocols outlined in theResorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
be trainedin, know, understand, and follow all safe work procedures included in theSafety Management Program
completeother fair and reasonable tasks as requested by management to ensure the smoothoperation of the hotels
Qualifications
Physicallyfit and able to perform physically demanding work
Comfortableworking in a varied and fast paced environment
Experienceworking in housekeeping and hospitality is an asset (training provided)
Ability towork well independently and as part of a team
Strongcommitment to safety and following procedures
Conditions
Frequentstanding, walking, bending, and use of hands and arms
We offer
$22.00 per hour as perCollective Agreement ($22.66 as of January 1, 2027)
