The Work You will help improve AI systems used in mental health contexts by creating and reviewing complex psychiatric case studies. The work combines psychiatric assessment, bilingual documentation, cultural understanding, and careful review of AI evaluation methods.
Develop complex psychiatric case studies for AI model training.
Conduct psychological assessments and create expert annotations that reflect Cantonese-language psychiatric practices.
Write precise clinical documentation and analyses in Cantonese and English.
Review AI evaluation methods used in mental health settings and provide expert feedback.
Build bilingual communication frameworks for accurate psychiatric information exchange.
Apply ethical judgment, cultural sensitivity, and confidentiality when reviewing sensitive case content.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary technology, research, or digital health teams.
What It Pays and Takes This is a remote, part-time contractor role. The project schedule and duration will be confirmed for the engagement.
Pay: $100-$200 per hour.
Time requirement: 20 or more hours per week.
Work arrangement: Remote contractor engagement.
Location: Open to candidates in the listed countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Taiwan,
Australia, and countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas.
Language: Fluent in Cantonese and advanced written and verbal English.
Education: MD, MBBS, or equivalent medical degree.
Clinical background: Completed psychiatry residency and hold a valid medical license.
Experience: Extensive psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation experience in Cantonese-speaking clinical settings.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Western and Cantonese-language psychiatric frameworks.
Professional skills: Strong ethical judgment and cultural sensitivity in complex mental health scenarios.
Helpful background: Experience creating teaching materials or case studies for education or research, or working on interdisciplinary technology, research, or digital health projects.
