Enhance community learning as a Network Development Coordinator with Feed Nova Scotia. Drive engagement and create accessible learning resources in this hybrid role.
As part of the Network Programs & Services Team, you will facilitate and coordinate diverse learning initiatives for member organizations. Your expertise in adult learning will help promote effective engagement, while tracking participation and challenges faced by members. This role primarily focuses on fostering knowledge exchange and creating impactful learning opportunities for community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate virtual and in-person learning sessions
• Develop inclusive educational content for members
• Track participation and summarize learning outcomes
• Curate self-serve resources in the Member Resource Library
• Facilitate communities of practice among member organizations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in adult learning coordination
• Robust organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Knowledge of nonprofit sector and community-based realities
• Ability to apply equity and cultural responsiveness principles
