As a Regional Manager at Extendicare, you will work closely with the Regional Director of Operations to ensure efficacious management of clinical services throughout Ontario East. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations
• Educate and support nursing and care teams effectively

• Oversee implementation of clinical programs

Requirements:
• 5+ years in senior management in long-term care
• Valid RN registration with Provincial licensing body
• Robust communication and leadership skills
• Master’s degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
