As an integral part of our nursing staff, you'll ensure that residents live well through their palliative care journey. This role requires robust communication skills and the ability to build relationships while managing palliative symptoms effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver person-centered palliative care to residents
• Establish meaningful relationships with patients and families
• Assess and manage palliative symptoms effectively




• Collaborate with team members in various clinical situations
• Adapt to the changing needs of residents in care

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with CNO
• Minimum one year RPN experience within the last five years
• Current BCLS certification required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to engage in ongoing learning
