Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts receivable function and ensuring accurate, timely financial processing and reporting. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries, maintain accurate records, and support month-end activities while providing general administrative support.

How You'll Make an Impact

Actively manage day-to-day accounts receivable duties

Liaise with customers, salespeople, and managers to resolve issues and provide information

Process month-end closing procedures, reports, analyses, and forecasts

Prepare weekly, monthly, and other ad hoc reports

File, scan, and maintain records

Answer phones, direct calls, and greet visitors





Cross-train with other Finance positions and provide coverage when required

Fulfill additional duties as required

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Business Diploma or Office Administration Certificate considered an asset

1+ years' experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role is preferred

Valid Driver's Licence

Superior Microsoft Office skills with advanced experience using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

Considerable business acumen with a strong desire to learn and grow

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team setting

Professionalism, accountability, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information

Continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to ongoing learning and technical excellence
