We’re looking for a professional, hands‑on, people‑focused RV Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, working with their hands, and being active while taking pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What This Role Is Really About
You are the final and most important touchpoint in the customer journey.
When a customer returns to pick up their RV, you are the expert who walks them through everything from how it works, how to use it safely, and how to enjoy it with confidence.
You’ll also support dealership operations when not delivering RVs, making this a varied, fast‑moving, and hands‑on role.
What You’ll Do
Deliver full RV orientations and walkthroughs with customers
Explain systems clearly and confidently (power, water, propane, appliances, awnings, slide‑outs, etc.)
Make minor mechanical or setup adjustments without needing a technician
Answer customer questions professionally and calmly
Educate customers on warranties, accessories, and camping supplies available in‑store
Move RVs around the lot and shop (including forklift operation, training provided)
Support the sales and service teams as needed
Assist with RV trade shows, setup, and takedown
Be on your feet and active throughout the day
Who This Role Is Perfect For
You don’t need RV experience, but you do need the right mindset.
This role is a great fit if you:




Enjoy teaching and explaining things to others
Are mechanically inclined or hands‑on by nature
Have experience in customer service, technical support, automotive, trades, retail, or hospitality
Take pride in being prepared, organized, and professional
Are comfortable working evenings and weekends during peak season (spring & summer)
Enjoy variety, no two days look the same
What You Bring
Strong customer service and communication skills
Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Comfort working on your feet and outdoors
Ability to work evenings and weekends during busy months
Valid driver’s license
