Candidates must hold a valid Nursing registration in Ontario and have recent clinical experience in an active care setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments for seniors with mental health issues
• Provide interventions and support to patients
• Manage central line and CADD pump treatments




• Deliver health education to patients and caregivers

Requirements:
• Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
• Recent experience in geriatric and dementia care
• Certification in IV Therapy and Basic Life Support
• Knowledge of Mental Health Act and PHIPA
