We are seeking a motivated Warranty Administrator for our Saint-Jacques-le-Mineur branch. This position offers a competitive starting salary of $30/hour, with a full time schedule from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours a week. You will process claims, assist technicians in the mechanical shop, and ensure smooth follow-ups on warranty requests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process basic and counter warranty claims
• Provide support in the mechanical shop for warranty repairs
• Respond to warranty requests with appropriate follow-ups
• Communicate effectively with customers for updates
• Organize and ship parts to manufacturers

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Strong customer service skills are essential
• Knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle mechanics preferred
• Comfortable using computers and technology
• Bilingual in French and English
