This full-time role involves providing family-centered support to parents with children facing Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and complex behavioral needs. As a Key Worker, you will assist families in navigating services, facilitating assessments, and offering guidance through personalized strategies and home visits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist families in navigating service referrals and support
• Support children with assessments at home and in school
• Provide mentorship and training during home visits
• Build partnerships with schools,



agencies, and health officials
• Help families follow through on daily goals and transition plans

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Services or related field
• Minimum three years’ experience with complex needs
• Training in FASD or willingness to obtain
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is an asset
