This position supports a one-month orientation to help you transition smoothly into a caseload of about 32-40 BCCs. Collaborate on scheduling and responsibilities, particularly during the current parental leaves, and benefit from strong support systems and a growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized care to approximately 32-40 BCCs
• Collaborate with team members for on-call scheduling
• Engage in interprofessional education opportunities




• Support home birth and water birth practices
• Maintain team-oriented relations with KHSC staff

Requirements:
• Registration with appropriate Midwifery Association
• Commitment to equity and inclusion principles
• Supportive of diverse birthing options and environments
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
