The Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO) resides in our People & Culture division and supports people readiness through organizational changes. The Senior Change Management Consultant is accountable for supporting the elevation of change maturity at Servus. Set by and under the direction of the Manager, Enterprise Change Management, this position will play a significant role in managing a portfolio of large, enterprise wide transformation projects and contributing to the development of change management reporting and dashboards.
What You'll be Doing:
Lead change management activities for large, complex,
enterprise-wide initiatives using Servus' Enterprise Change Management (ECMO) methodology.
Develop and execute change and people readiness strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, sponsor enablement, resistance management, and sustainment planning.
Conduct change impact, readiness, stakeholder, and risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
Partner with executive sponsors, senior leaders, project teams, and key business stakeholders to support change adoption and business outcomes.
Coach leaders on effective change sponsorship and leadership practices.
Measure change effectiveness, readiness, adoption, and business benefits realization.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the ECMO through continuous improvement, capability-building, governance support, and best practice development.
Mentor and coach team members while serving as a subject matter expert in organizational change management.
What you Bring:
5-8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Proven success leading complex organizational change initiatives, including technology implementations, enterprise transformations, merger integrations, strategic change, or culture change programs.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks, including ADKAR and Prosci.
Experience influencing and partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or a related discipline.
Prosci Certification or other recognized Change Leadership certification.
Professional designation such as CCMP, PMP, or CMC.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
Additional Information
Occasional travel may be required for meetings, workshops, and events.
