Community Health Centres of Northumberland Port Hope, ON is seeking an experienced foot care nurse to provide comprehensive foot care services within an interprofessional team. You’ll maintain patient records, ensure infection control, and collaborate with the Diabetes Education Team to support diabetes self-management.
The role requires RN/RPN registration in Ontario, an Advanced Foot Care Certificate, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
