[Key Responsibilities] *This is an on-site position based in Burnaby, BC, Canada.




Develop and maintain a global live commerce platform
Build and scale global short-form video services
Design and manage infrastructure for global services
Develop new B2C service offerings
[Qualifications] Writes and speaks English and Korean fluently.
2+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Proficiency in Java, with additional hands-on experience in languages such as Go (Golang) and Lua.
Comfortable in Unix environments and with command-line tools
Solid understanding of network programming concepts
Strong communication and collaboration skills across Product, Design, and Business teams
Adaptable and flexible in fast-changing environments
Persistent problem-solver who digs into challenges thoroughly
Able to define and solve problems proactively and independently
[Preferred Qualifications] Experience in building and optimizing AI-augmented workflows, such as automated unit test generation, code refactoring, and documentation
Familiarity with multi-tenant or distributed systems architecture
Experience with cloud infrastructure including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
Experience handling high-traffic systems
Understanding of asynchronous architecture
Experience with system performance tuning and optimization
