POSITION BACKGROUND: TheService Representative is integral to Ketek’s operations and is essential inassuring Client retention through the provision of hands-on customer service.The career growth of a Service Representative is dependent upon personalinterest, inclinations, and abilities.
CORE DUTIES: Establishand promote excellent relationships through clear and accurate communication;
Takeinstruction from Dispatch and/or act to ensure tasks are completed in a safemanner;Install,troubleshoot, maintain, demobilize Ketek equipment for the benefit of theClient;
Using,cleaning, and maintaining the different tools required at the worksite;
Whennot in the field, will work in the shop and complete duties as required, underthe direction of a Shop Foreman; and Follow instruction from Dispatch;
Takeresponsibility for all related site functions;
Performroutine onsite housekeeping duties;
Operatevehicles in a safe manner;
Fillrequired paperwork;
Abilityto successfully complete safety training as required on an ongoing basis;
Observeall safety procedures and use proper Personal Protective Equipment; and
Performother related duties as required.
Represent Ketek in a light that is commensurate with the values ofManagement and the Corporate Mission Statement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Required
Minimum 3 years oilfield and/or construction experience
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with clean driver's abstract
Fluent in the English language (reading, written, spoken)
High School diploma or GED
Able to demonstrate good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
Familiar and comfortable with various saws, grinders and other hand tools
Able to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
Ability to handle changing schedules and priorities, with high level prioritization skills Solid work ethic and organizational planning skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Effective verbal and listening communication skills
This position is defined asSafety Sensitive: Drug,Alcohol, Back and Audio tests are required prior to commencing employment.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Physical Demands Regularlyrequired to stand/sit, talk/hear, stoop, climb, lift, balance, kneel and use ofhands/fingers to operate tools, machinery and materials
Moderateto heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) may be required
Useof mechanical aids: overhead crane, forklift, pallet jack, and dolly may berequired
Regularexposure to loud noises and metal particulates - hearing and respiratoryprotection is provided when needed
Potentialexposure to acetylene gas, fumes, oil, and paint residue
Exposureto sharp edges, pinch points, trip and slip hazards, and blind spots
May be required to work in high, precariousplaces that are near moving parts and/or electrical works or in confined spaces
Work Environment Field environment (85%) and shop environment(15%)
Requiredto work weekends and outside of regular office hours
Requiredto work outside in all different weather conditions including extreme cold andheat
