Elevate e-learning and classroom training as an Instructional Designer at WorkSafeBC. Collaborate with teams to develop impactful course materials for diverse learning environments.
As an Instructional Designer, you will support the Learning and Development Services team at WorkSafeBC. This hybrid role in Richmond requires expertise in instructional design, e-learning course development, and curriculum creation. You will engage with stakeholders to assess training needs, craft comprehensive training materials, and establish evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess training needs by consulting various stakeholders
• Develop course outlines, instructor guides, and e-learning lessons
• Design formative and summative evaluations for programs
• Conduct internal train-the-trainer sessions for instructors
• Model organizational behaviors such as accountability and collaboration
Requirements:
• Three to five years of experience in instructional design
• Background in adult education or related discipline
• Experience in e-learning and classroom environments
• Knowledge of instructional technology and project management
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
