What You’ll Need Minimum 10 years of experience in a safety specialist role within the construction industry
CSO Designation
Formal investigation training and experience leading investigations
Solid understanding of safety regulations, industry best practices, and SHEQ management systems
Proficiency in conducting workplace inspections and identifying hazards
Experience investigating incidents and developing corrective action plans
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
