This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations across IBM WebMethods, Maximo, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and related enterprise platforms. The specialist will contribute to high availability architecture improvements, infrastructure reviews, and new integration initiatives within the Toronto Water application environment.
Contract, Toronto, Working Hours: EST
Must Haves 10+ years designing, developing, implementing, and supporting IBM WebMethods enterprise integration solutions including Integration Server , Designer, Trading Networks, API Gateway, and Universal Messaging
Extensive integration work with Salesforce , IBM Maximo , and Microsoft technologies across enterprise applications
Extensive enterprise integration development using REST and SOAP Web Services , XML , XSLT, JSON , Java , JDBC , JNDI , LDAP , J2EE , SSL certificates , authentication frameworks , and Oracle databases
Extensive administration and support of WebMethods infrastructure including installation, configuration, upgrades, performance tuning, troubleshooting, security management, and platform monitoring
University/Community College degree in Computer Science / Computer Programming or equivalent
Nice to Have Software AG WebMethods certifications
Comparable middleware administration experience
Service-oriented architecture (SOA)

Responsibilities Develop data integrations between ServiceNow (311) Service Requests, Field Services for Trimble Unity, and Toronto Water business applications
Move Work Management data integrations to utilize Maximo data source
Review WebMethods infrastructure and implement approved improvements
Rearchitect and design a new WebMethods architecture for high availability
Design and develop current WebMethods integrations
Refactor existing point-to-point integrations using the WebMethods integration platform
Provide knowledge transfer documentation and support to staff resources
