About the role As the first point of contact for patients, you will help create a welcoming and professional clinic experience. You will manage appointments, answer phone calls, assist patients during check-in and check-out, and support the clinic team with daily administrative tasks.
What you'll do Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries
Support patient check-in and check-out processes
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Provide administrative support to physicians and clinic staff




What we're looking for Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
