Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement People & Culture strategies
• Lead full-cycle hiring and onboarding processes
• Facilitate training and team-building initiatives




• Coach leaders on performance and employee relations
• Manage internal communications and workplace operations

Requirements:
• Experience in HR or related people-focused role
• Solid communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Familiarity with Alberta Employment Standards
• Proficient with HR and technology systems
• Passion for fostering an inclusive workplace
