Vacation Pay: 4% of gross wages
Annual Performance Bonus: Available based on productivity and performance

Job Duties:
Operate farm machinery to load and unload mushroom compost into barns.
Clean around the farm.
Maintain and repair farm equipment.
Report to and follow the directions of a farm Supervisor.
Other general farm duties as assigned
Working Abilities and Physical Capabilities:
Heavy lifting required
Ability to work long hours, early mornings and weekends is required
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Language: No formal language required.
Minimum Requirements: No formal education or experience required. Successful candidates will trained on the job.
