Location: York Region
Key Responsibilities

Manages bulk lot sales (land developer to builder) including agreements, surveys, and all associated conveyancing documents

Handles subdivision sale transactions and attends to end plan registrations

Handles land acquisition, financing, and commercial & residential sales from start to finish

Prepares various documents including purchase & sale agreements, transfers, charges,



easements, notices, discharges, postponements, final reporting, etc.

Identifies title and off-title issues and addresses them accordingly

Directly communicates with clients, municipalities, and other lawyers’ offices

Organizes and maintains physical and electronic files

Qualifications

A post-secondary diploma in a related Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk program, or equivalent years of experience

5+ years of experience in a similar position in a Commercial Real Estate Law practice

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Unity, Soluno (preferred), and Teraview

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organization and time-management skills

Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently on multiple files with a strong attention to detail

Demonstrates a professional demeanor, high ethical standards, and commitment to service excellence
