The person who makes the dashboards, reports, and operating views that tell us and our clients what actually happened.

01 Build and maintain the operating dashboards we run the firm on: utilization, project health, support load, and delivery risk.
02 Pull data from a mix of sources such as Linear, Harvest, cloud consoles, support queues, and Stripe, then turn it into one weekly read.
03 Sit in on rollout reviews and produce the report on what shipped, what broke, what changed, and what to keep.
04 Help delivery leads and project managers price the next engagement using the data from the last three.

What we're looking for
01 Two to four years in an analyst, ops, BizOps, or technical operations role. Agency, managed service, or skilled-services background is a plus.
02 Strong with SQL and a spreadsheet. Comfort with at least one BI tool (Metabase, Looker, Hex, or similar).
04 Bias toward writing the answer down, not just running the query.
