Your role As Maintenance Supervisor – Utilities & Buildings, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of maintenance activities related to the plant’s utilities, buildings and infrastructure.

Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will ensure the reliability, performance and safety of equipment and infrastructure while engaging your team around health and safety, quality, maintenance and continuous improvement priorities.

What you will accomplish daily • Plan, prioritize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work for utilities, buildings, equipment and infrastructure, in collaboration with the Maintenance Planner. • Effectively manage human and material resources,



conduct daily floor walks and monitor maintenance performance indicators to optimize reliability and intervention effectiveness. • Coordinate and supervise work performed by contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, timelines and quality standards. • Promote a strong prevention culture, conduct daily health and safety interactions, and participate in accident investigations, risk assessments, audits and other health, safety and environmental activities. • Coach, engage and develop the Utilities & Buildings team through performance management, identification of training needs and development plans. • Review and approve timesheets and ensure payroll processing for the team. • Participate in continuous improvement projects and develop best practices in preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance in collaboration with maintenance, production and other plant departments.

What you need to join our team • College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in a relevant field such as industrial maintenance, building mechanics, stationary engine mechanics, electromechanics or a related field. • 2 to 5 years of maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing workplace. • Strong experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment, utilities and buildings. • Experience managing contractors and external work. • Experience in the food industry and in a unionized environment is a strong asset. • Stationary Engine Mechanic (MMF) certification in power production and refrigeration categories is a solid asset. • Availability to support operations on weekends and statutory holidays, as required.
