Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time opportunity in Sarnia, ON .

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, forklift operation, shipping and receiving, production, material handling, and industrial equipment.

As a member of the operations team, you will support the production, handling, and shipment of dry ice products while ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Support production activities while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Monitor equipment performance and report operational concerns.

Shipping & Warehouse Load trailers and prepare shipments for Branches and customers.

Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.

Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

Maintain inventory flow and support shipping and receiving activities.

Safety & Housekeeping Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and warehouse environment.

Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards.





Assist with additional duties and overtime requirements during peak production periods.

Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.

Forklift certification is considered an asset.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial equipment.

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Comfortable performing basic mathematical calculations.

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and physically demanding work.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a team workplace.

Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Reliable transportation required.

First Aid certification is considered an asset.

Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
