We are looking for an adept Controller focused on enhancing financial operations and managing a talented team. This hands-on role entails overseeing project accounting, accounts payable, and the preparation of financial reports. Collaborate with senior leadership to improve processes, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and mentor a finance team of three
• Oversee all accounting records and ensure their integrity
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes




• Establish and enforce internal controls and procedures
• Oversee timely processing of invoices and payments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• At least 5 years in a financial management position
• Robust knowledge of internal controls and financial policies
• Proficiency in financial systems; PeopleSoft is a plus
• Proven track record in a non-profit or mission-driven organization
