Salary: Up to $75K

Key Responsibilities

File management from intake to trial





Preparing correspondence, requesting medical, employment and other records

Preparing motion records, settlement and medical briefs

Scheduling examinations for discovery, medical legal, mediations,hearings and court appointments

Preparing Affidavit of Documents, document production and undertakings

Trial and Hearing preparation

Maintaining and updating calendars

Qualifications

5 years Plaintiff Personal Injury experience

Law Clerk Diploma

Excellent written and verbal English skills

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Flexibility to work overtime, as needed.
