This position involves documenting patient interactions and offering necessary follow-ups as part of a commitment to high-quality healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and counsel patients on genetic conditions
• Provide prenatal and general genetics services
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on patient management
• Document patient assessments and care plans
• Participate in continuing education and committees
Requirements:
• Master's degree in genetic counselling required
• Board certified or eligible with CAGC
• One year of relevant genetic counselling experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in teams
