Louis Dreyfus Company is constructing a recent pea protein isolate plant in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. The Shift Supervisor will direct process operators, coordinate startup and shutdowns, respond to equipment issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
The role requires leading the team during day and night shifts, maintaining production efficiency, and collaborating with plant management to support ramp-up and ongoing operations.
