As a crucial member reporting to the Manager of Evaluation and Employment Services, you will drive CHF’s employment program by collaborating with various housing initiatives and job providers. Your role centers around ensuring that participants in supportive housing programs secure living-wage jobs. This involves maintaining effective partnerships, assisting Employment Specialists, and contributing to program development through strategic feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
• Connect participants with potential employers seeking talent
• Support Employment Specialists in job readiness assessments




• Ensure accurate documentation for government reporting
• Foster relationships with community partners and employers
• Assist in the analysis of program outcomes and development

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• 5 years of experience in a related role
• Knowledge of recruiting and program evaluation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Solid project coordination and time management skills
