Dixon Hall is seeking a dedicated Community Outreach Engagement Supervisor for their Shelter and Respite Services. As a full-time supervisor, you will oversee operational activities while establishing relationships with city officials, community leaders, and residents. You will also support projects related to Housing Services and collaborate with teams to meet program goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and monitor operational activities of assigned portfolio
• Build and maintain effective relationships with community stakeholders
• Participate in community planning initiatives for housing services




• Manage property issues and supervise financial responsibilities
• Act as a resource for conflict resolution and policy development

Requirements:
• BSW or related degree/diploma or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience working with homelessness issues
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a Unionized setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in crisis intervention
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Records Check
