Proactive Rehab is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Huntsville. Proactive Rehab is a patient‑centered rehabilitation clinic dedicated to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based physiotherapy care. Recently acquired by Martel + Mitchell Rehabilitation of North Bay , the clinic is known for its supportive team culture, strong mentorship philosophy, and commitment to helping clinicians grow and build rewarding careers in a positive and busy clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of conditions within the physiotherapy scope of practice
Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans to support patient recovery and goals
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including WSIB and MVA reports, in accordance with clinic standards
Adhere to all standards, guidelines, and regulations set by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Attend relevant postgraduate education to expand clinical knowledge and skills
Contribute positively to a collaborative, patient‑focused team environment




Requirements Registered Physiotherapist with a full license for Independent Practice from the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
Recent graduates and Physiotherapy Residents are welcome and will be provided with mentorship and guidance.
Robust clinical reasoning skills with a commitment to evidence‑based practice
Thorough understanding of professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
Ability to work effectively in a busy, collaborative clinical setting
