The role

Identify and develop new business opportunities,



positioning Harbinger Network as the recruitment partner of choice for prospective clients

Build and grow your own portfolio of client relationships

Leverage our existing client database & lead generation to accelerate your pipeline

Manage the full recruitment cycle, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver qualified candidates

Draw on internal resources and team support to fill vacancies efficiently

Collaborate with the broader team to match the right candidates to the right roles

Support your business development efforts with social media outreach and marketing activity to build your personal brand and pipeline

What you bring
